I've always had an interest in politics as well as the history of politics. My favorite politically-related books are Theodore White's The Making of a President (1960) and Hunter S. Thompson's Fear and Loathing on the Campaign Trail (1972). Currently, I am focusing on trying to advocate that people look at candidates and their specific views on topics rather than voting based on a party platform.
Currently, I live in the Big-Red-State of Texas but in the past I lived in Pennsylvania and Alabama. I have a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Houston with a major in English and a minor in Political Science.
