You can call me Nick, or Nicholas- it doesn't matter much. People often ask me which one I prefer; I prefer whatever you prefer. It's funny how uncomfortable people can be with this. They'll even go so far as to tell -me- to tell them one or the other. Because everyone has to have a preference.

I suppose that's what I'm looking for here. I've found my preference in food, I have that special someone, now I'm looking for that passion everyone's been talking about. I'll let you be the judge as for whether I've found it or not.
