As a Facebook & social media guru at my day job, I also am a well fountain of health & fitness knowledge. My days are full of social media, fitness, and healthy eating. My family background is a wide range of nutritionists, personal trainers, and kinesiologists. I have managed to be the sponge and in turn know a great deal about health and fitness, plus I also have a knack for the social media thing!
I have a degree in Media and Communications and love to write real thoughts that are always useful to a wide range of people.
I write articles for TheVaultMagazine in Alberta in the lifestyle section and have written blogs about the troubles of Facebook from an employer standpoint.
I love running, swimming, yoga, my amazing dog, and writing. I love learning new things about health and fitness and am always up for the latest fitness trend!
