Maura A. Sullivan
An educator for over 30 years, Maura is a school leadership and diversity expert who has taught all levels of students from grades K-12, as well as adults seeking GEDS, frazzled parents needing child rearing advice, and teachers in graduate school education programs. She has been a reading specialist and teacher of English to both native and non-native speakers of English, and has supervised and evaluated teachers in these subject areas as well as in the area of classroom management of behavior. She recently retired from her career as an urban high school administrator and is still contemplating what to do for the next part of her life. Maura is a travel fanatic who enjoys spending time with her family and friends hiking and enjoying nature, especially in the mountains. She particularly likes visiting historical sites and finding great, reasonably priced restaurants and good, inexpensive wines. To relax, Maura practices yoga and reads.
