I always excelled in writing in all the way through school. I later took a Creative Writing class after High Scool in the Adult Ed Program. I began writing actually when I was in 5th Grade. I wrote a Christmas story named Christmas With the Olson's. I think I received a B on it.
Then as I got older I loved the songs of the day, the 50's, but I also loved the 40's music, probably because I was a little girl during that era and heard the music a lot. But I never really did anything with my songs, and my next literary attempt was writing poetry, a couple of sci-fi short stories and then, I got into writing children's stories. I mainly wrote them for my daughter who was in Kindergarten at that time. I wrote several and her teacher read them to her class and she said they all liked them. I have since lost them.
Now, I am writing in the self-help field, but writing from personal experiences, rather than from training or schooling .
I do not have a professional degree of any type. I do however, have much acquired knowledge from "Lifes's School of Learning".
