Esther loves to write about family, food, and anything of relevance to life. She thrives at writing that speaks to the soul and to one’s emotion, as she is a passionate person who wants to influence, uplift, and entertain others with the written word. She has been a yearbook editor, Air Force Aviation Resource Manager Instructor and Curriculum Developer, and a storyteller. Her current projects include a novel and a cookbook. She has been published in and is a writer for Abilene Living Magazine. Her passion for food is shown in her work on examiner.com. She is a huge connoisseur of food and wine and cooks new recipes daily. During her almost seven years in the United States Air Force, she traveled to Egypt, Japan, and various other places. She says her greatest accomplishment is her family.
