Diane O’Brien has over 10 years of successful corporate recruiting experience, and over 8 years of Business Development experience. She has partnered with start-ups and Fortune 100 Companies, as Managing Director of her own private search firm, SalesSource Recruiting. Companies that Diane has worked with over the past decade include GE Capital, Ge Medical, Glaxo-SmithKline, Sonosite, Medtronic, Siemens, Hologic, Merge, E-Med, Naviscan, MarketBridge, Agilent, Kodak, Vaisala, FPL, Solectria, and IBM.
Diane O’Brien was recognized in the 2004 INC Magazine article ,”The Ultimate Sales Force” for her expertise in hiring high commissioned Sales & Management teams. She was also interviewed by ABC News in 2008 for her experience with Virtual & Video Interviewing; a technology she has been using to help her clients cut recruiting costs and improve hiring since the year 2000. Diane also co-founded NAHBR, National Association of Home Based Recruiters in 2008. She has mentored and interviewed thousands of people nationwide, in helping them obtain a better job, as well as working with dozens of CEO’s to attract better talent, and improve company image.
While Diane has spent the past two decades growing her business expertise, her true success has come from her role as a wife and mother for the past 13 years. Investing time and energy into her career diligently after college has helped her achieve her dreams early in life. She is now able to reap the Return on that Investment by having the luxury of time to spend with her two young daughters, and the ability to focus on home life and giving back thru mentoring and charity work. She is a big believer that you can have all of your dreams come true, but you need to map it out early, so you can hit all of your goals, and still be young enough to enjoy it all. She holds a BS in Business Administration, with a minor in Marketing from York College.
