Dan Colflesh
Dan has lived in different parts of the United States between moving as a child and being part of the US Army. He lived a significant portion of his life in his hometown of Somerset, Pa. Having had exposure to many different kinds of people and culture, he developed an interest in sociology. He found the differences in culture and people amazing. Dan also took an interest in psychology after being diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. In an effort to understand and recover from the disorder he found that the human mind is capable of so much. He found the mind not only to be powerful but fragile in many ways. Dan also believes strongly in the power of education. He struggled with the institution of public education but excelled in other academic ventures later in life. Much of his adult life has been dedicated to furthering his education in and out of the classroom.
