Several years ago my wife and I were blessed with the birth of our 5th son. DJ arrived on the scene with many needs with which we were not prepared. Ten years and over 50 hospitalizations later we can appreciate the value inherent in loyal friends and family.

Also, since we are a family of five boys, I have had the opportunity to meet our daily dinner needs by preparing a wide variety of dishes, mainly on our back deck grill.

One thing we did not have though, is a good education on health insurance. If we had only known about the value of such things as supplemental insurance, patient rights, and the opportunities available in our own community, our financial burdens would have been much lighter.

Early in 2008, after learning more about the health insurance maket, I closed up our small family business to begin a new passion of helping others learn about how they can help protect their finances by making better health insurance decisions. Since that time I have had the pleasure seeing the integrity of our insurance business benefit many people in Central Kentucky.

I am truly blessed to be working with local employers that care about their employees and policyholders that make great decisions to protect themselves and their families.
