Vener Garayev, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Management at Gediz University, Izmir. He received his BA in Political Science and International Relations degree from Boğaziçi University (2005), and his Master in Public Administration (2008) and Ph.D. in Public Affairs (2011) degrees from University of Central Florida.
