Amanda Parrish has experience writing a wide variety of pieces including articles, website content, press releases, feature stories and blogs.
She possesses a B.A. in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. The written word is her passion and since elementary school she has been earning praise for her intelligent, readable and often witty writing style. She has worked in both the public and private sectors spending the first part of her career as the Communications Assistant for a large school district in Arkansas, US, then as a project manager for a design agency in Glasgow, Scotland.
Amanda currently resides in Scotland, UK. As an American living abroad, Amanda has a keen interest in world travel, culture, international cuisine, and walking the hills of the surrounding countryside. Other interests include reading, dogs, Christian life and thought and cooking. She and her husband are looking forward to welcoming their first child into the world this October.
Amanda also has a strong interest in health, fitness and nutrition and is currently working hard to stay in good physical form during the last stage of her pregnancy.
