John has lived in Central Ohio for most of his life. He graduated from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin and, later, The Ohio State University. John enjoys the outdoors, literature, and returning to Wisconsin as often as he possibly can. He has worked as a teacher since 2006. John and his wife welcomed their first child, Ryan, into the world December, 2012.
