Phil Shore
Phil Shore, raised at the Jersey shore, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Emerson College in Boston, MA in May, 2011. Shore was a part-time employee at the Boston Globe and currently writes for the New England Lacrosse Journal and LaxMagazine.com. He also hosts an MLL on-line radio show, Lacrosse Lounge , on Lacrosse Radio Network. Shore has covered events at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey and TD Garden in Boston. He has interviewed high-profile sports subjects such as NFL Hall of Famer Jim Brown, former Duke men s lacrosse coach Mike Pressler and former USWNT star Brandi Chastain. He wrote for the college s newspaper, The Berkeley Beacon, and created the blog Shore Thing Sports. He was also a member of the Emerson College men s lacrosse team, captaining the team his senior year.
