He was named the 2011 Delaware Sportswriter of the Year by the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association.
He is the sports columnist for the Newark Post print and online editions, writes for CBS-owned MaxPreps.com, and is a regular contributor to The Island Packet, Newport Daily News, The Beaufort Gazette and The Sports Department print and online editions.
He has written two books and is on the radio broadcast team for the 1290 The Ticket high school football and basketball games of the week and has been a color analyst for NCAA Division I basketball games.
He is an adjunct professor in the Department of Communication at the University of Delaware.
