Chris Bourland is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. He focuses his practice in commercial litigation and transactional business matters. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law with honors in the Business and Entrepreneurship Law Program.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Bourland was employed by a Fortune 500 title insurance company where he received his certificate for residential real estate appraising. Mr. Bourland has built upon his commitment to resolving real estate issues by receiving his real estate salesperson license, acting as a consultant for Jackson Cross Partners and working as a real estate analyst for a boutique commercial real estate firm.
