    The weathermen are not calling it a hurricane, but we definitely had hurricane force winds. The winds were sustained, they were not only wind gusts.     Shot this at 4:45 PM on Nov 13, 2009. Wind steady at about 50 mph and I was being pelted with sand. This is the same beach I took photos of last Sunday. Tranquil on Sunday; fierce here. The forces of nature are humbling.
