He previously handled quality auditing for a Supply Chain Management and Logistics in a Multi-National Company in NCR Region covering 23 business process divisions that include Marketing, Customer Support, Retail Outlets, HR Systems, Accounting and Finance, Warehousing, Logistics, and Suppliers. He has been an Assistant Professor of Psychology and Economics in 2009 and recently the Head of Academic Assessment and Evaluation Office under the Office of the Vice President of Academic Affairs in Malayan Colleges - MAPUA.
