Eileen Thai
Eileen Thai is an adjunct ESL instructor at Chattanooga State Community College. She has traveled extensively up and down the U.S. East Coast and throughout the United States, Asia and some parts of Europe. She is fluent in English and in a couple of Chinese dialects. When not traveling or teaching, she writes for Yahoo! Contributor Network and on her blog (Mai Thai Wanderings).
In addition to teaching and writing, Eileen has 18 years of experience as a software engineer. She has a BS degree in Computer Science.
