Arcie Johnson
I am a 7th generation Northwest Floridian. Having lived in Wyoming, Georgia and Texas as an adult, I moved back to the panhandle in 2002.
Writing is an ongoing passion and one that I am choosing to keep at the forefront of my life. I hope to delve into my faith history from growing up Southern Baptist, to a brief stint as an Episcopalian, to coming into full communion with the Catholic Church in 2008.
The changes have been phenomenal, and I want to try and share some of them. Some of them are a bit too personal, but I am going to try to be as candid as possible.
Otherwise, I hope to write about local areas of interest and the culture and history of Northwest Florida. Of most interest to me is the prospect of sharing some creative writing. I love Southern Gothic literature and hope to try my hand at producing my own brand of it.
