I have been employed in the Food and Beverage Industry, off and on, for 47 years. In between restaurant jobs I have served in the military (Vietnam Veteran), worked as a police officer in the City of St. Louis, and practiced law. Now that I am semi-retired, I intend to spend more time camping, hiking, fishing and hopefully publish at least one of my works of fiction.
