I am a former Citibank VP (Service Director) and current CEO of DTR Inc (www.dtrconsulting.biz), a business consulting firm. At DTR Inc., I developed a work readiness training program for a client that was called "the best work readiness certification program in the U.S." by a representative of the National Skills Standard Board in January, 2003. In April, 2008, my book, "How to Get, Keep and Be Well Paid in a Job", was published by Outskirts Press. I have a well received blog at Jobing.com, my own blog on effective workplace training at workreadiness.blogspot.com, an Internet radio show (Job Talk with Jill and Jay), write for a football site (900footballlinks.net), teach business courses and write press releases. I also perform strategic planning, write business plans, develop and implement online branding strategies, generate customer service strategies, and developed an innovative entrepreneurship/management training program for the Palm Beach County Resource Center.
