A former RN, Ms. Montgomery is now retired from the medical field and devoting her time to writing. She had her first novel published in November of 2009 and is working on her second book. She writes about overcoming health issues and coping with chronic illness's. Healthy eating and weight loss are also subjects close to her heart. She is happily married and the mother of six wonderful boys. She and her husband have six grandchildren as well.
