Upon receiving a BA in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh , I spent three years traveling and working throughout Asia. After the tragedy of 9/11, I returned to the US and went to the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City and received a diploma.
I spent the next seven years working in three and four star restaurants in the Northeast gaining experience.
In March of 2009 I once again went abroad and I am currently overseas working and traveling.
