Todd Elzey
I was raised in West Jefferson, Ohio and attended the Ohio State School for the Blind, In 1985 I moved to California where I lived for 20 years. While in California I worked for the National Federation of the Blind of California, and then the State of California for 13 years. In 1992 I obtained a Paralegal Certificate from Barclay College in Sacramento. In 2003 I graduated from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento with a JD degree. I was admitted to practice law in California in 2004. In 2005 I was engaged to be married and moved to Phelps, New York. I now live in Phelps with my wife and three lovely children who we adoptd from Taiwan. My wife and I also have a fourth son who attends Monroe Community College in Rochester, New York who is studying criminal justice. Since 2006 I have worked as a Medicare Appeal Officer.
