I am married and live in Ireland. I am 54. I gave up work in 2004 due to illness. I was a book-keeper. Never really enjoyed my work but it paid the bills. I have always had an interest in creative writing but to date have had little success in getting any of my work published. I like to write poetry and love making up Limericks. I also enjoy writing funny articles. I joined AC to see if I can develop my work a little further.
