I currently work at a tax prep firm providing project assistance for publishing tax returns and making files ready for efiling. The job makes it easy for me to do many things I love including time for freelance writing, which is something new that I'm learning to explore. I minored in English with an emphasis on writing excercises and techniques. I've also written various blogs on my Facebook account and have entered writing competions with the South Carolina Junior Chamber.

For the time being, I focus on writing short inspirational stories revolving around characters who have lost hope, yet find ways to overcome their challenges.
