Dominic Clacy
My name is Dominic, but most who know me call me Dom. I am a recent graduate from Southampton University where I studied a Masters course in Physics, achieving First Class Honours. I now work as a Civil Servant in the UK.
I enjoy travelling 'on a shoestring' whilst abroad but also domestic travelling and camping in the UK. I am an outdoor sort of person who enjoys challenging himself in various sports including triathlon, marathon running, mountain climbing.
As a Physicist I have a keen interest in science, especially particle physics, cosmology and electromagnetism. I also follow the progress at the Large Hadron Collider with eagerness and anticipation.
I have a passion for film and for writing; especially the effect of music on emotive response. My writing talents developed when publishing entries on my travel blog which is still active at http://www.travelblog.org/Bloggers/Dom-Rach/ .
