I have been writing since I was 10 years old; I was first published at the age of 15 in Kentucky Writing--a literary journal committed to publishing promising young writers along with seasoned professionals. Since then, I have been published many times over in literary journals and newspapers. Further, I have taught the fundamentals of writing at the college level for the last ten years. I live in Kentucky with my husband of 15 years and our two sons.
