Richard Nidever

Born in long beach, California my family moved to the Sierras on my tenth birthday. We lived in the state of Nevada for the remainder of my pre-adult, adult life. I served six years in the U.S. Coast Gruard, loving every minute of it; traveling to many places I would never otherwise visit. Many months and years have passed since then, and I continue to maintane my love for writing. I am presently composing a novel based on my tour of 14 months living on a light house with three other men. With no where to go, it made for an unusual story, to say the least. I am a happily married man with three children still to young to be on their own. I hope that one day, I can make writing my career.
