I started working as a Psychologist for detained minors or juvenile delinquents. After 7 months in the clinical area, I opted to work for the industrial setting. I started up my career as a Recruitment Assistant in a Japanese-owned IT company and was able to work my way up the career ladder for five years with the same company. When I left it, I was already an HR Specialist. Then I worked for a government project as Training Officer. From there, I transferred to another company when the opportunity of becoming an HRD Officer came up. My last work was with another IT firm, as an HR & Admin. Manager. I resigned for a reason that I cannot sacrifice my principle and belief for work. I now work as a freelance writer, data entry specialist, on-line transcription specialist and blogger. The job is satisfying because I see the fruit of my labor.
