Sudheer Govind Birodkar
I do a lot of Yoga and Pranayam. Depend generally on Ayurvedic (herbal) medicines. Travel occasionally on holidays or business trips. Write travelogues. Am interested in History and Archeology as well as in Acupressure and Reflexology, and at times try my hand at cooking - the adventurous, experimental type whenever my wife allows me in to the kitchen.
