  • Revenge of the Sith: Deep, Dark and Freudian
Revenge of the Sith is darker and deeper than the other Star Wars films, with Freudian connotations, Machiavellian politics, allusions to the Godfather movies, and a doomed romance. Badly marred by poor acting, dialogue, and pacing problems.
  • The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Dude, Where's My Spaceship?
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy film is just a mess. Poor casting, bad screenwriting, and not very good directing all add up to a messy film that isn't very funny.
  • Sin City: Faux Noir
A film with a very impressive visual style bogged down by inconsistencies in writing, acting, directing, and a flawed understanding of film noir. Childish depicition of women and sometimes serious, somtimes silly comic book violence undermine the film.
