True democracy does not exist. The U.S. Constitution guarentees all American citizens certain rights that we all assume will prevail against all else but realistically do not. With the Supreme Courts ruling that gives a corporation individual rights equal to every citizen of the U.S., it becomes even more clear that money constitutes the only guarenteed rights in America. Janey may not be with us any longer but she was proof of how our rights are forsaken by those who use dishonesty to rob us of our freedom...it took over a decade but she won her long fight against those who will have to face the consequences of their dishonesty. May her next life be easier than this one.
