Christy Heady co-wrote Buzz: How to Create it and Win With It with three-time New York Mayor Edward I. Koch. The book teaches readers how to create an effective self-marketing campaign using Mayor Koch's political career success as a guide.

Her other books sold more than half million copies -- The Complete Idiot's Guide to Making Money on Wall Street, The Complete Idiot's Guide to Managing Your Money and The Complete Idiot's Guide to Making Money in the New Millennium.

Clients and employers during Heady's 18-year career history include both broadcast and print companies, such as CNN-Chicago, Bankrate.com, NewsMax magazine, The Los Angeles Times Syndicate, The Chicago Tribune, PAX-TV, Consumers Digest, and the Charleston Review magazine.

Current work projects - from books to magazine articles to editorial consulting for clients writing book proposals - range on subjects such as parenting, spirituality, home and interior design, and architecture.

Film writing and production round out Heady's professional work history.
