Erin Ashley Darling
Erin Darling is a Los Angeles-based TV host, web host and multimedia journalist. Erin got her start in hosting at the age of 17 as the host of a local San Francisco bay area show "Spotlight TV." Since then she's been getting consistent hosting gigs in radio, TV and in new media formats.
While obtaining her degree in Broadcast Journalism at USC, she interned at E!, NBC and the CNN Democratic Primary Presidential Debates. On campus, Erin nabbed a spot as a radio DJ/personality for KLMU AM and had her own show--an entertaining blend of talk, music and live performances from up and coming LA musicians. She also gained local TV experience as an anchor on Trojan Vision's "Platforum" and as a writer and anchor for Annenberg TV News.
In 2007, Erin created a business by the name of thepopfix.com, a LA-centric lifestyle and entertainment website. She still serves as the Editor-in-Chief of thepopfix.com which, under her guidance, has covered Michael Jackson's memorial service, Akon's pre-Grammy party, numerous celebrity interviews, and various events and festivals throughout Los Angeles.
Erin's most recent endeavors include serving as the writer and host of an entertainment show on BSWchannel.com. She's been on the set of Will.I.Am's "Yes We Can" videos in support of Barack Obama, interviewing celebrities as a writer for dipdive.com. She has been a featured writer and contributor to CTNgreen.com, an online magazine that focuses on green alternatives to popular products. She's also been featured on G4 as a contestant to be a booth babe for the E3 convention.
Erin has also worked in tech and has been featured as a guest host for Socialmediamarketing.com, Techzulu.com and for Coin-Op TV Live, covering tech and gaming events like Twiistup, LA Twestival and Pandemic Studio's Press Day for the upcoming game, The Saboteur. She's also the producer and host of thestream.tv's "Twending," a live and interactive show about what's trending on Twitter.
