Not particulary concerned for the welfare of any sex offender except as it may impact the safety of children. When your attitude and your laws destabilize their environment and thereby make them more likely to reoffend, then I'll write and take you to task. If you take that to mean I'm more concerned about sex offenders than children, get someone with more intelligence than a box of rocks to explain it to you.
