I worked as a stagehand in Las Vegas and ran a welding shop. I took my seminary courses through the Baptist Home Mission Board and was licensed to preach the gospel. I was the associate pastor to a church in Las Vegas. The church catered to the performers and workers on the Las Vegas Strip. I've had experience working with drug abusers and alcoholics. I've also worked with gay folks who were having trouble with their sexuality. This type of ministry afforded me the opportunity to work with people involved in different cults and devil worship. The pastor of the church was Rev. Doctor Jim Reid.
