I was exposed to a wide variety of leftist community organizers, assorted potheads, existentialists and counter-culture consumers. A fine time it was indeed.
The Army brought me back to reality and scrubbed the untold layers of filth clean. I was remade a team player and taught to think and act on my own accord. Regardless of what the anecdotal, conventional wisdom is about the military in general...trust me, it is wrong.
