TaMara has more than 18 years experience of coaching, speaking, writing and teaching about human sexuality and intimate relationships so there's very little that she hasn't heard about sex. She also has extensive experience working within the faith-based communities providing human sexuality education and coaching.
A published author, TaMara has developed four successful curriculum designed to empower women and youth with the skills and knowledge necessary to make safer and healthier decisions. She has also written two erotica poetry books: Love....The eXperience and Butterflies, Dandelions & Shard Glass. TaMara currently is the Sexual Health Examiner for Baltimore, Maryland. She also writes sexual health articles for the Associated Content and E-How. You may also find her published case study on the YOUR Blessed Health Project, An HIV Model for Faith Based Communities in the textbook Social Work in Health Settings.
