Rebecca Kenerson
I am an 18 year old English major and I am set to graduate with my Bachelors in English in May 2011. I am originally from a small town in Florida, but I am now living in Brooklyn, NY.
My first college experience was when I attended Boston University at the age of fifteen. I then graduated from high school at the age of sixteen. I had been home schooled my entire life until I began attending college.
In my writing endeavors, I have been published in a New Living Translation of the Bible for teens called the Live Teen Bible. In this translation of the Bible, I have three works of poetry. I am also currently working on a short story and have about four journals of poetry.
As far as my future in writing, I would love to write more short stories as well as a few novels. I am hoping to continue my writing career in graduate school as I would like to receive a master's degree in fiction. I would like to one day own a bookstore, which is my ultimate dream.
