Darcy Eikenberg, ACC, is an accomplished coach, consultant, facilitator and business leader, with over 20 years of experience motivating individual and team behavior to achieve business results. She currently leads Coach Darcy, LLC, where her focus is on coaching and mentoring aspiring leaders, including individuals on the verge of promotion or job change; and high energy professionals and teams needing more guidance and support than their leaders, managers, or companies are able to provide.
Before founding Coach Darcy, LLC, Darcy was a Principal, Internal Coach, and Senior Communication Consultant at Hewitt Associates, a top human resources consulting firm, and was responsible for developing successful people and teams, helping clients create better results, and managing a healthy, growing business.
Darcy currently volunteers as the president-elect of the Georgia Coach Association, growing coaching's professional presence in the local community. She also serves on the Global Marketing Committee of the International Coach Federation. She has earned the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation, and is a graduate of Northwestern University.
