Tina Bommarito-Kent
In 2007, Tina Bommarito-Kent turned her back on the daily grind of Corporate America to pursue a full-time writing career. This leap of faith illustrates her belief that following your passion and using your gift is essential to the human experience. It was through this act of faith that led Tina back to college to hone her craft and gain confidence as a writer. Having reaped the benefits of many selfless and patient mentors, she experienced tremendous personal, intellectual, and professional growth.
Ms. Bommarito-Kent has been the recipient of several writing awards from both the Liberal Arts Network for Development and League for Innovation for her essays "Ending Life" and "Three Boxes." She also earned recognition for her poem, "Feeling It."
As the owner of Write Creations, a Midland, MI based professional writing service, Tina offers copywriting, proofreading, editing, and manuscript layout to corporate and individual clients.
In 2009, she was approached by the creator and executive producer of An Anything But Ordinary Journey, Michael McCleary, to co-author a book based on his documentary film. She is now in the process of writing her first book length work. To follow the book's progress, visit www.tinabommaritokent.wordpress.com.
