Awand
Born in Tennessee, raised in Ohio and as I purposed in my heart for years... I returned to my roots. I live a quite, subtle life in a country setting and enjoy writing, though a long stretch from being a professional writer. Those aspirations still linger. I enjoy the company of my two fur babies, Shiloh a rescued Wheaten Terrier, and Buckley a black Lab. I miss my mother and wish the clock could be reset. To keep the memory flowing a book is in the making about growing up in harder times in East Tennessee. Perhaps one day the book will be published. I am a Christian and enjoy Bible studies and Bible discussions. In the last few years I have found that what the government is doing needs not only my attention but all American citizens should be concerned. I am a Conservative, from only five years ago. But I believe that by my own admission I wore rose colored glasses while in the Democrat Party and believed that my Big Brother would take care of me and the rest of America. I was defiantly wrong. My Christian belief led me away from the Liberal's when I understood more about their platform and agenda. Killing helpless babies and starting wars is something I can not support. I am a freelance article writer for several online sites.
