I spent the first two decades of my life in the Sonoma County wine country, gardening and beekeeping to my childhood-heart's content. I then studied Comparative Literature at UC Berkeley, focusing on Caribbean and Central American literature and religion. Over the next ten years, I developed a management career in Human Resources, working in two of the most successful international law firms in the globe. This year, at thirty years old, I resigned from my position, moved to New York City, and launched a new career in raw and vegan food production. I'm currently preparing to launch my own food product line, Bee Bread. I try to put my energy toward the activities I love most: cooking, volunteering, writing and snowboarding.
