The Company is known across the gulf coast as the "The News & Business Journal of the Carnival Industry". It has been involved in Carnival since 1995, when it was founded in New Orleans to do the tedious research into all aspects of the holiday known as the "Festival of Carnival" aka Mardi Gras. The Company uses its skill, in research and communications to aid the clubs, groups and krewes in Carnival, where possible, to help them survive, educate them in tradtion, history and encorage them to stay active all year, plus spread the word on events of Mardi Gras! Mardi Gras Digest operates Mardi Gras Digest Magazine and an internet website, and an internet only radio station to keep revelers up to date on last minute late breaking news of the many organizations.
