I lived on large sailboats in the Seattle area for 16 years. Being in such intimate contact with the environment led me to my current work in green and traditional real estate. After many years in alternative healthcare pursuing sustainable projects in and outside of real estate is very rewarding. Most of our new "Green" efforts today will be the typical behaviours and building codes of tomorrow. I think purpose makes life and work much more interesting. Cheers
