Anita Brown
I may not stand on stage and draw in crowds with anointed words, I may not sing beautifully (in fact I am sure that I don't), and I may not write award winning books that speak to those in need. I may not say or do all of the right things. I will never be the person you think I should be; I can only be the imperfect human being that I am.
My life and how I live it, as simple as it may be, is my ministry. God see's my heart, and if I can shine the light of His love in someone's life each day, if I can love others more than I love myself, then I am doing what I've been called to do. It is my privilege and honor to do the best with the gifts that God has given me and to live it out each day.
If we live our lives this way, we may find one day that we had a way bigger impact on the world and the lives of others than we ever would have guessed.
As you read my articles, you may disagree with all, some or none. Anything that I write, especially when it comes to Biblical issues, I implore you to please look it up for yourselves and study what God has to say. He gave us His Word, the Bible, so that we could read and study it for ourselves, so that He could speak to us individually. Don't take my word for things, take His. I am imperfect and on occasion, may miss the mark, so don't follow me, follow God.
I do believe that the Bible is the Holy infallible Word of God. That issue, is not up for debate.
