Cynthia Wilson James married for the first time at age 40, conceived naturally, and gave birth at age 42 and 44 to two healthy daughters. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and is founder and publisher of InSeason Mom (www.inseasonmom.org), which provides support to first time moms over 35 and 40. She also publishes Marrying Over 40 (www.marryingover40.blogspot.com)a relationship blog for single Christian women. Cynthia,who has a diverse professional background including broadcasting to human resources to health education, is a firm believer in different seasons in everyone’s life. “The key”, she says, is never allowing anyone(except God)to determine where you should be in your personal or professional season of life." Cynthia, a former corporate recruiter, is owner of C James Writing, a resume and interviewing coaching service.
