Geno Scala

Geno Scala

During a busy career in law enforcement, private investigations and human resource executive management, Eugene "Geno" Scala enjoyed a widely diversed singing career. Starting as an Elvis tribute artist, he parlayed that into performing sound-alike tributes to Neil Diamond, Boz Scaggs, Bob Seger, and STYX frontman Dennis DeYoung. He has performed live in Las Vegas as part of a duet re-enacting some of the hits from The Righteous Brothers. When asked about his musical influences, Geno often points out his love for the decade of '70's music, but that his interests and influences range from "Sinatra to Meat Loaf"! Geno has been performing since 1973, and has performed at such venues as The Costa Mesa Fairgrounds, The California State Fairgrounds, The Silverton Hotel and Casino, Disneyland, and The Riverfront Lodge. He performed the National Anthem at in front of a packed house at the Atlanta Hawk- New York Knicks basketball game in the 1980's. Today, Geno still records in his home studio, and while semi-retired, has embarked on his new career in screenwriting. He lives in Huntsville with his wife, Robin, his daughter, Mary and three step-children- Claire, Jake and Wade.
