I was born in Florida and have traveled extensively throughout the world - I've gone full circle and now I'm back in Florida.

I've been working with Dr. Eric Berg, the best selling Amazon.com author of "The 7 Principles of Fat Burning" involving research into the four body types and the hormone connections which control fat burning and metabolism These concepts answer many questions about why people find it hard to lose weight.

Some of my favorite topics include organic gardening, health, nutrition and weight loss, and adventure travel. You can find out more about the "body type diet" here at findyourbodytype.com where you can take the body type quiz and learn which of the four body types you fall into.

I am also a member of Squidoo and Weebly, among others, and write occasionally for Articlesbase and other article directories.

If you enjoy traveling and are trying to lose weight, why not kill two birds with one stone? Check out suite101, where you can learn about adventure travel activities - An inside look at Volunteering, Eco-tourism, and adventure travel opportunities across the globe. You can have your cake and eat it too!
